Incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Client Success Managers, supporting their
training, development, and performance tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and
enhance client engagement strategies
Develop strategic recommendations and client-ready materials that
align with client KPIs and drive campaign renewals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, business, or a
related field
8-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of
experience and training
Experience with CPG manufacturers or retailers is preferred
Proficient in Salesforce.com, Monday.com, Google Suite, and
Microsoft Suite
Strong project management skills with a background in data-driven
strategic planning
