Job Description:

A company is looking for a Partner Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and evolution of the partner program, ensuring alignment with business needs and market competitiveness
Ensure smooth execution of partner programs through collaboration with Sales, IT, and other teams, focusing on operational enhancements
Define and implement a compliance framework to measure partner performance and drive continuous program improvement

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in partner program management within the SaaS industry
Experience working with various partner types, including Referral, Resale, and Strategic Alliances
Proven track record of designing and managing partner programs that drive growth and satisfaction
Strong understanding of SaaS channel models and best practices
Demonstrated leadership abilities to align teams and drive results
