Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Analytics &
Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform business analysis, identify root causes, and develop
recommendations for business improvements
Collaborate across departments to implement improved workflows and
processes
Manage scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness of reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
Experience in Medicare and Medicaid managed care is a plus
Knowledge of data mining, reporting, and reconciliation tools and
methodologies
Advanced knowledge of MS Access, Excel, SQL, Business Objects, and
data warehousing
