Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Client Success Manager III.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear
communication of needs and expectations
Conduct performance reviews and provide data analysis to educate
clients on best practices and improvement strategies
Manage audits and corrective action plans to uphold performance
standards and minimize errors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education
and experience
8+ years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with knowledge of
billing and practice management
3+ years in a client-facing role with a proven ability to manage
accounts and build relationships
Proficiency in healthcare billing software and advanced Excel
skills for data analysis
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment
