Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Director, Brand and Program
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution and refinement of brand and program marketing
strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
Oversee the rollout of brand identity and manage integrated
marketing campaigns for alignment with brand strategy
Manage and mentor the Brand & Program Marketing team while
cultivating relationships with external agencies
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, with
leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a
related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Extensive experience in developing and executing brand marketing
strategies with proven results
Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, and
competitive analysis
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agency
partnerships
