Job Description:
We are seeking a Manager, IT Operations and Corporate Security
to lead our Corporate IT Operations and define security strategies
aligned with our organization's vision. This role demands a
combination of technical expertise, leadership acumen ( managing a
small team of IT engineers), and project management skills to
optimize operations, support scalable security initiatives, and
foster cross-functional collaboration.In This Role, You Will...
- IT Operations & Security Leadership
- Develop and manage corporate IT Operations and security
roadmaps, aligning initiatives with the company's strategic goals
and security vision.
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of
identity management, endpoint management, and mobile device
security strategies.
- Oversee hardware, software, network, and management tool
support for Mac and Windows devices, acting as Tier 3 support for
endpoint issues.
- Define and communicate procedures, policies, and standards for
security and IT operations, ensuring compliance with company and
regulatory requirements.
- Manage project scope, constraints, schedules, and risks,
performing critical path analysis and providing regular status
reports for leadership.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement security measures,
enhance endpoint compliance, and manage security integrations
across Cloud, mobile, and network environments.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and compliance of
endpoint devices using JAMF for Mac and Intune for Windows,
focusing on zero-touch provisioning, OS hardening, policy
management, and software distribution.
- Package and distribute applications across platforms,
leveraging tools such as Flexera Admin Studio and PowerShell
Application Deployment Toolkit (PSADT).
- Manage and automate endpoint security updates and vulnerability
management for Windows and macOS devices, implementing policies in
line with NIST 800-171 standards.
- Collaboration and Reporting
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance
teams to ensure robust security practices across systems and
applications.
- Build and manage dashboards and reporting for device
compliance, security status, and endpoint analytics using Power BI
and log analytics tools.
- Collect input from stakeholders to shape IT security and
operational roadmaps, delivering actionable insights to the
executive team.
- People Management and Development
- Mentor team members, fostering their technical and professional
growth in IT operations, endpoint management, and security best
practices.
- Create project organization charts and define governance
structures to clarify roles and responsibilities, enhancing team

- Educational Background and Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; Or
equivalent experience.
- Technical Expertise
- Combined 8+ years of senior experience in the following
disciplines, Identity & Access, Okta (OID) , Active Director, M365
Global Enterprise Experience. 7 yrs IT engineering and Operations,
and 2+ years technical project management, with deep knowledge of
endpoint security, network security, and cloud security in AWS or
EntraID, and M365 environments.
- Advanced experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., JAMF,
Intune), automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash), and security
controls for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
- Knowledgeable in application and device security hardening,
with hands-on experience in OS hardening, identity management,
endpoint protection, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Agile
methodologies and best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the
capacity to bridge technical and non-technical discussions across
the organization.
- Proficiency in automation and reporting tools, including Power
BI, and the ability to design complex scripts for process
automation and endpoint compliance.
