The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fabrication and servicing of industrial equipment, coupled with exceptional leadership skills to drive operational excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Lead and provide P&L responsibility for all regional operations.Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve service delivery.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within the organization.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
