Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Engineer II who will
develop and maintain computational pipelines for clinical
sequencing data.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain bioinformatics data pipelines using Nextflow
and Python
Implement cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS services for
efficient data processing
Refactor existing pipelines to improve performance,
maintainability, and scalability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, computer science, or a related
discipline, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong proficiency with Python programming and Linux
environments
Experience with Nextflow or similar workflow management systems
Familiarity with AWS cloud services
