Job Description:
A company is looking for a NOC Engineer to monitor and maintain
the operational integrity of its services.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor system events/alerts and incident reports to ensure maximum
service uptime
Serve as a first-level escalation point for system-generated
events/alerts and user-generated incidents
Own the incident lifecycle management process and coordinate
escalations to appropriate personnel
Required Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience managing high-pressure incidents
Deep infrastructure understanding, including multi-cloud setup
Proficiency in enterprise monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk,
Jira)
Experience with Jira & ServiceNow on report building and ITSM
workflows
Hands-on experience with scripting and programming languages
(Python, Bash, etc.)
