Job Description:
A company is looking for an Equities Trading Operations
Associate to support the day-to-day operations of the broker
dealer.
Key Responsibilities
Perform trade and position reconciliation to ensure accurate
reporting and readiness for trading activities
Manage daily settlements and collaborate with finance, treasury,
and clearing brokers
Assist with regulatory compliance, audits, and process
improvements
Required Qualifications
Must have Series 7 certification
4-5 years of brokerage operations or financial services
experience
Understanding of operational controls and regulatory compliance
standards
Ability to utilize G-Suite and other office productivity tools
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
